Membership

• Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
• The BBQ Store, Inc. reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant, and membership may be terminated at The BBQ Store, Inc.’s discretion and without cause.
• Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by The BBQ Store, Inc., including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice.
• Your membership card is valid at any The BBQ Store, Inc.
• You will be required to show your membership card when purchasing a product at The BBQ Store, Inc.
• Cards remain the property of The BBQ Store, Inc. and must be returned upon request.
• A valid Membership allows the member to receive a 10% discount on all seasoning, spices and accessories and a 5% discount all items other than seasoning, spices and accessories items in stock and purchased at the store location. Membership discounts are not valid on non-in stock or ordered items. The membership discount total shall not exceed $100.00 per 30-day period.

Payment

• The BBQ Store, Inc accept: Visa cards, debit/ATM, cash, and The BBQ Store, Inc. The BBQ Store, Inc.com does not accept membership discounts.
• The BBQ Store, Inc. does not accept manufacturers’ discount coupons (other than those distributed by The BBQ Store, Inc.) or other retail establishment discount coupons.

General Policies

• Shirts and shoes must be worn on The BBQ Store, Inc. property at all times.
• Members are welcome to bring children and up to two guests into the store; members are responsible for their children and guests. Children should not be left unattended. Only The BBQ Store, Inc. members may purchase items.
• It is The BBQ Store, Inc.’s intent to provide a shopping environment free from all forms of harassment and discrimination for employees, applicants, independent contractors, members and suppliers. We prohibit all forms of harassment and discrimination.
• The BBQ Store, Inc. reserves the right to inspect any container, backpack, briefcase, or other bag, upon entering or leaving the warehouse and to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.
• The BBQ Store, Inc. policy prohibits firearms and other weapons to be brought into the store, except in the case of authorized law-enforcement officers.
• Animals are not permitted in The BBQ Store, Inc. store unless required by law.
